Bara Exchange Policy

15-Day Exchange Window

We offer a strict 15-day window for exchanges or store credit. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate your request. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Exchange or Store Credit Only

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. Returns are settled via an exchange for an in-stock item or a store credit voucher valid for 6 months.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• In original, pristine condition (unworn and unused).

• With all original tags and packaging intact.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Final Sale (Non-Returnable)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Sold-Out Items: Once an item is discontinued or out of stock, it is Final Sale.

• Seasonal Promotions: Items purchased during holiday campaigns (e.g., Christmas) or special sales.

• Custom Orders: Any personalized or made-to-order items.

Shipping & Logistics

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and the delivery of the new exchange item
